GreenWorks offers a warranty of 4 years (with proof of purchase) against defects in materials, parts or workmanship.
This warranty only covers the products that have been used for personal purpose (not used or rented for commercial/industrial purpose) and maintained in compliance with the regulations given in the operator’s manual. As usual, warranty is not valid for routine maintenance items normal wear/tear, and deterioration of the exterior finish.
The batteries (of cordless mowers) carry a 2-year warranty against workmanship and materials, as long as they’ve been charged according to the directions and instructions in the owners’ manuals.

It allows you to take benefit of bringing the two batteries onboard as you mow. In other words, The mower can simply switch over to the second battery when the first one runs out of power.
